Hi, I'm Dr. Freya de Conde principal at Union Terrace Elementary and I am a proud Allentown graduate who has spent most of my life in this community and still calls downtown home. Union Terrace is not just a school to me. It is a place and neighborhood I care about deeply. This school has long been a place people want to be a part of, and I am honored to lead it while building on everything that makes it special. If you see me around the school or out in the community, please say hello. I am eager to get to know you, your children, and everyone who makes up our Union Terrace family.
