Union Terrace and the Kellyn Foundation teamed up for a successful garden building day at our school. The garden will be part of a "Garden as a Classroom" program in the spring and provides a hands-on learning experience focused on healthy lifestyle choices. 

 

The project was a school effort with Union Terrace students, teachers and administrators participating. Special thanks to Hollie Gibbons, Dr. Bonnie Coyle and the entire St. Luke's University Health Network for helping to bring this program to the students at Union Terrace.

 

We can't wait to start reaping the benefits of this wonderful garden.
